Terms and Conditions

Due to on-farm activities being held outdoors, weather can adversely effect participant safety, we therefore reserve the right to cancel or postpone any bookings. 

Should a booking be cancelled by staff due to weather, a full refund or voucher will be offered.

A session is not confirmed until we have received payment in full. 

Booking enquiries may be made via our website, or via a phonecall to the farm at 0403 593 097.

Your booking is a non-refundable purchase and is for a specific time and date. 

Once confirmed and paid for in full, changes to the date and / or time of your booking will only be considered if received 48 hours / 2 full days before the confirmed booking. Please call 0403 593 097.

All participants must complete and sign the disclaimer paperwork prior to admittance to our property.

Minors under the age of 18 must have a Parent/Guardian complete the disclaimer paperwork and sign on their behalf prior to admittance to our farm. 

A Parent/Guardian must accompany all Children under 16 years old.

Maximum rider weight shall not exceed 85KG. Staff may refuse riders at their discretion – if a prepaid session is refused by staff, a refund will be issued. 

Alcohol or drugs are not to be consumed on the property , or before attending. Any medical conditions that may adversely affect you during your attendance must be fully disclosed.

Management and Staff reserve the right to refuse entry to our farm at any time at their own discretion and without further explanation.
